This CTC Panel is designed for your Track Plan an emulated the early CTC Panels From Large to small we will design the panel of your choice. Panel is made of Anodized aluminum with all details engraved and colored as desired. Panels can be designed to accommodate switches, push buttons, rotary switches on 2 inch center normally, or smaller per request, with LED mounts holes for indication or the style of your choice. Panels will be designed around your specifications. All designs will be submitted for your approval before manufacturing. Once the design is approved you panel delivery is about 3 to 5 weeks. Fully assembled Panels are usually delivered in 10 to 12 weeks from the approved date. All Panels are available assembled, with all components mounted. Or drilled for the components you mount of your choice. Quotes are available. Standard Design fee is $25.00 to $135.00. Due to the Final design, size, and Panel completion stage, Quotes will be provided. Design fee will be deducted from final order over $500.00 or more. Complete CTC Panels are available, included is all switches, LED's, wiring, standard wood frame (painted), Screw terminals for connecting with your layout, and wiring instructions. Signal control and train detections systems would be additional to the CTC panel. By Quote only. Complete systems are available less the site wiring connections. All shipping fees will be at cost and the best shipping method available per the final size. General Pricing: Prices are based on size, number of holes, Number of
different colors, thickness of material used, number of tooling changes, line
size, printing (engraving), and shipping. The Design fee reflects the
final size, for a 5 inch by 12 inch a design fee of $25.00, a large 30 x 60
inches or larger $ 135.00. Assembled units with components and panel
wiring is base on the amount and complexity of the design.
Since there is time required for quotes we charge a
minimum of $25.00 for Quotes and are credited towards your order.
